How do I get the internet on my PSP? I have tried everything and it says "Test conection failed. Can sombe Please help me. Thank You!

what firmware you have?
do you even have a router? you need a router! and don't bother using your neighbour's!
did you get all the settings right?

IN DEPTH:
1. Firmware 2.00+ has the official browser. Firmware 1.50 needs a homebrew browser like Wipeout Pure, FIred Up, Tenchi no Mon. Set DNS to 67.171.70.72. Set secondary DNS as your default router.
2. WLAN is NOT like mobile phone signal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is recieved from ROUTERS and ACCESS POINTS!!!!! So you will have to BUY ONE!!! And you need a WIRELESS ADSL ROUTER!!! not a wired adsl or idsn or whatev. You CANNOT recieve signal from nowhere! You cannot use your neighbours! If it is encrypted, it needs a password that you shouldn't know!!! and if it's unprotected it is against the law to use it! unless it specifically says "PUBLIC EVERYONE USE UP ALL MY BANDWIDTH PLZ!!!"
At shopping centres, airports, Starbucks, McDonalds, you get ACESS POINTS. You can access from there. Some are FREE some require PAYMENT.

ALSO did you get all the settings right? like IP adresses, DNS settings, SSID, WEP/TKIP password...?

PS. I HATE the people who claim htat WLAN signal comes from nowhere!
