How do I get CogSwap to work?

I've got CogSwap loading from a flash drive after putting a PSX trigger disc into the PS2 and loading the memory card exploit. Now, how do I run a game I burnt onto a CD using CogSwap? I really have no idea what I'm doing with it. Please list all the steps.
