Can anyone program a Samsung Anycall sch-V330 cdma phone....?

I have had a Koren/English sch-v330 phone that had been programmed for the Canadian market. It is Verizon compatible, but cannot be programmed over the air, but requires a dedicated hard connect to adjust the variables such as the NAM the SID and the actual phone number to be activated with.

It is a beautiful phone, but useless. It does take video and hundreds of snapshots , both of which can be downloaded to the PC via a sync cable that came with the phone.

I am willing to pay for the service..
