PAL to NTSC conversion too low on screen

Hi, I recently backed-up an import(PAL) NBA Live 2006. I used Ps2 Pal2NTSC converter and the x axis looks fine. The problem is that the y axis is really low on the screen, so low that I can't read text on the bottom. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have searched through as much as I could before posting this question. Thanks.

Thats just what happens when you convert PAL to NTSC.
