SNES9X Emulator won't start? Error: The Game Could Not Be Started. (80020130)

I used KXploit to put the emulator on my PSP.
Howcome when I try to start it, I get that error?
I go to my Games on memory card and theres two files. The corrupted file and the Emulator icon. I tried both and none start an emulator.

well, I fixed the problem by dling a emulator pack with all the emulators ready.

Oh well, i'm happy enough =)

u need to make sure your running 1.50 version as we all know that emulator would not run to higher version...ensure that snes folder with % sign and w/o % sign is in the same folder... then load all emulator for SNES to folder without the % sign....... good luck
