Yes its the same console as the one supplied in the UK.
The power lead on the German console has a 'schuko' plug on it, you just need to buy an adapter plug that clamps the schuko and turns it into a 3 pin Uk plug.
It plays all UK games as It is in effect the exact same console for the UK market.
Long as you have a receipt, warranty will be provided by Microsoft, 2 years under EU.

Nah u is fine,
You can set it to any default language (including english) It is a PAL consol, so you can play all dvd for europe.
The german console is the exact same console thats released in the UK.
Its got the same power supply, just with different 2 pin plug, you need to buy the schuko adapter which costs around £1.50.

No dude,
My console came fom Germany as I said , you need a schuko adapter plug that accomodates earth connection
this http://www.euronetwork.co.uk/acatalog/17-1128comb.gif
the earth is made with the metal prong inside the adapter connecting with the strip on the outside of the schuko plug.
There's an earthed version adapter (one in link which u need) and a non earthed version.

Thats the one,yes
Ref: 19-1032
You see the small prong of metal in the lower half of the plug well that sits into the cutout groove in the schuko to complete the earth connection.
Remember to tighten it fairly firmly to clamp it.
Fit that and you've adapted it to 3 pin uk earthed.
