Hi there just wondered if one of you lads could help me with a problem that iv come across im new to this ps2 game backing up thing iuse nero dvd decrypter. thing is that i got that new 50 cent game and i ripped it to my hard drive and i got an iso image of 5.95gb and a mdf file. do i need to get a dual layerd disk to back this up or can i get some kind of software to splitt that iso image in two halfs and then burn it to two dvdr disks can some one please help me thanks.

What are you using to play your backups? If it's Swap Magic, you will need to rebuild the game. You can do that a couple different ways. You can use Gnie's Rebuilding tool: http://www.alucard.cc/ps2/ExPERT_v1.03.rar, or you can use a couple different programs (ISO Buster, CDDVD Gen. and Apache or IML2ISO). All of those programs except ISO Buster can be found here: http://www.sksapps.com/index.php?page=mis.html. You can find ISO Buster in the software section of this site.

Also, the guides needed for this can be found if you do a search for any of the programs listed above or by searching for "rebuilding".

OMG, I did a straight copy of this game and it works fine :S. Maybe its just the PAL Version or something. Maybe the game has Dummy Files

hi there agen lads just wonderd if some one could give me an easy way to rebuilding a ps2 game as iv no got a clue aboutt this stuff and you guys are class must say thanks to Jamaal for the advice he gave me earlier cheers mate just dont no how to use that cdvdgen at all any thing that any one has to offer would be gratefull .

the games im having trouble with are 50 cent bulletproof and mercenaries both are PAL and both are origional dvds not downloads cheers
