Having problems copying some games NEED HELP PLZ!

I tried to copy Phantom Crash (microsoft studios) and it will play the intro movie but when it tries to start the game it says "disc error. there is something on the disc or the disc is bad." Im copying to BMI DVD-R Purple backed media using Xiso to make the image and Primo DVD 2.0 Is it my method or my media?

Anyone else had this problem please let me know.
