by the end of december 2005 you will be in trouble if you haven't upgraded to the latest firmware 2.60 because sony is requiring by december of 2005 all sony psp games must use the dnas software detection utility onboard the psp firmware not online so if dnas detects the psp is running a illegal copy of a game you will be locked out of your psp by dnas's lockout feature which works the same way as xbox live if it detects the psp modified with version 1.50 to 2.00 and not currently up to date it will ban your psp online permently

where did you hear this? and Broomie just cause you updated and now can't do nearly as much with your psp as 1.5 owners can is no reason to bash the 1.5, because we all know that anything above 2.0is useless right now unless you want RSS feeds (big whoop)

AND another thing, 1.5 users can easily upgrade now. Unlike you who has upgraded before and has never had the ability to play any games you wanted.
Isn't it slander saying that 1.5 users are trying to get games for free? They play back-ups. You seem to know about getting games for free...yet your a 2.6 user.

Shouldn't heads of police departments be able to spell correctly and make a coherent sentence without using words like "sumtin" and "nuffin". You also need to take lessons on using apostrophes. When you used the word whos you really meant "who's", which is an abbreviation for who is and it needs an apostrophe. "Ain't" is a bit controversial because some people believe it's not even a real word, but if you're going to use it at least put an apostrophe in the correct place.
I wouldn't run around calling people "immature little idiots" and bragging about an almost 6 figure salary until I took the proper grammar lessons to be able put them down effectively. Then again I guess police don't really need to be that smart do they? They just need to know how to harrass people who are smarter than them and write tickets.

Hey everyone i posted this because i didnt beleive its true..Its December 20th and i just played a new ISO i downloaded last night no problem..Think about this..If they wre to lock out 1.5 psp's they loose thousand's of customers not to mention all those little brand new PSP's wrapped up underneath the tree little kids requested that are runnin Firmware 1.52 or 2.0 who have no internet connection or never really planned to go online with it, and maybe even plan to downgrade. Sony would lose out on customer and would get harsh feed back for all the psp users who dont have wireless connectivity in there house, or has no clue what a "hot spot" is...Sony built these devices for all users to use, and of course had in mind that not everyone would be going Online with there PSP's...So all the people bashing 1.5 users, break your PSP and just get a new one and hope u get something 2.0 and lower so u can join us..Dont hate the player hate the firmware hahah

PSPKID8, where was the ISO of the game saved? On a Sony Memory Stick?
I would have got a PSP of the UMD discs were rewritable so that I could put my DVD collection onto UMD discs without having to buy them again. You can do that with hand-held AV devices like the Archos ones.
I'm not a Junior... it just looks that way. :)

UMD is a media disk made exclusive by sony they havent released them on to the market nor did they release a burner for it yet...Thats still all to come i guess if there ever will
