I am using DVDdecrypter to back a back up copy of my 50 Cent Bulletproof game.

With DVDDecrypter I sucessfully backed it up onto my hard drive. Now I am trying to put it onto a DVD-r disc. I know that with DVDDecrypter I have to put it on "ISO Write" and select the .ISO file.

When I do that it indicates that I have selected teh wrong file and indicates that I should have selected the .MDS file.

Than it indicated that the file is to big to put onto the DVD-R disc.

Is this correct that I am supposed to use the .MDS file instead of the .ISO file. i always thought I had to use the .ISO file in DVDDecrypter.

Either way both files are to big for the DVD-R disc. What can I do to back up my 50 Cent: Bullet proof disc.

hey m8 have u tried rebuilding it theres loads of guides on the forums just do a search thers a guide at the top of the main ps2 dvd backup forum i believe cheers

Hi 3dluis...I went to the sig for Rebuilding......when I go I saw everything in an easy to use type guide (guide for dummies with pics and everything)...which was better for me as I was having problems with at the top of the forum page.

As I was in your sig for the rebuilding I noticed that it is titled "Properly Rebuild PS2 Games to Work with Swap Magic". What is Swap Magic? Is it when the unit has an internal chip?

I know that my unit has a Crystal 1.1 Lite in it. Can I still use the guide as you have in your sig? and will it still work in my PS2 Unit.

Sorry if this is a basic question but I am not familiar with Swap Magic...maybe my Crystal 1.1 is swap magic....I do not know.

There are Problems with Swap Magic sometimes on how to boot up games so you have to rebuild to reduce the TOC size, but im sure it will still work on your chip even if its rebuilt my way

Hi 3dluis. I am using the sig on your page regarding the Rebuilding as you indicated.

I am up to step 3 and now I am stuck. I have the ISO Buster, cd/dvd ge and the the files that I extracted form the iso files all open. I am trying to drag from the ISO buster to the cd/dvd gen folder as indicated in your manual....however, it is not letting drag anything.

I am clicking on the first file in the i extracted witht the ISO Buster (in the actual ISO Buster screen) and holding down the left mouse button (as I would in any other program) to drag it to the cd/dvd gen screen....but it is not working.

Is there a certain way to drag in these programs? I do not know if I am doing it right.
