ive benn lokking all day searching so im sorry i give up i have a psp v 2.0 i wanna play some homebrew games with out downgrading as i have gta lc and need for speed can some one plz tell me what i need where to get it how to do it im really sorry but i just think ive confused myself i just wanna play some snes games for example do i need e boot thing? or just emu

Sorry mate, to play GTA and homebrew you need to switch between versions which means downgrading everytime you play homebrew and upgrading everytime you play GTA.

I think IIRC Fanjita made a v2.0 Homebrew Loader based on the Overflow exploit. It can only run a limited number of Homebrews' as they can only be 64k max.

If you want to play Homebrew, it's best to consider Downgradeing back to v2.0. Once you get tired of GTA, SOCOM et-al....

I had the same problem. There is a ton of diff homebrew for the psp. I mainly play the NES, SNES, Genesis emulators. If you are interested mostly in those too than you can play them on 2.0 psp. I have GTA LCS also so that was my reason for not wanting to upgrade and downgrade all the time if i could help not to sometimes. Go to www.pspupdates.com and find the Fanjita uploader. You can play some of the homebrew on 2.0 with it.
