hi im getting smackdown vs raw 2006 4 xmas and i heard u have 2 have firmware 2.50 to play is this true, bcoz i have firmware 2.0 and i really dont want to upgrade , bcoz new hacks are coming all the time? is thier anyway i can play it on 2.00 , remember this is a actual umd! not a back up iso

I wouldn't worry about it I'm preaty sure it's only just a v2.00 ONLY Game, and not a v2.50. Heck v2.50 hasn't even been with us for a whole Month yet! So I wouldn't expect S0NY? would have the time to stamp UMDs'? with anything higher then v2.00 or possibly v2.01, but, deffently not v2.50 nor v2.60. I would start looking for those in say Q1 2006 (e.g. The Spring batch), at the earliest...

can i get this straight? if your on firm 1.5 and ur game needs 2.0 firm, can u just put the iso in umd emu and load it or you need to use WAB or some version tricker thing to execute the iso ? thanks
