Before entering these codes, I strongly advise to check with another sim to make sure the phone is definately locked. The settings I am using are the same as I would use for the Canadian version of the 6670 locked to Fido but I did set yours to Suncom, USA.

Both codes have to be entered for full unlock as far as I know.
