You can't get them cheaper, not even from ebay. There might be points as tournament prize in future, but no other way than buying right now.

Because then people would change their tags all the time. And this way you will always have your tag, nobody can't steal it.

ok let me explain the points system
special xbox 360 games like
condemed gives you xbox live points to download game demos and other content to your hard drive on the 360
the best way to purchase points is go to your local gamestop and purchase points cards there $20.00 u.s.a and you get 1600 points and if you purchase 2 cards you get better points
but i wouldn't recommed using the games to earn points the reason is microsoft doesn't award points unless you are withing the top 3 gamers within the live enabled game you are in
so it's really unfair

hey have guys heard of the OXM points found on demos?? I have thousand from one of the demos, what do you do with them?? and oh yeah, to get gamer points, jes look at the achievements under the media menu and look up the "360" game and it'll tell you what you'll have to do, then do them and you'll get the points

OXM pts? What's that?
Anyhow, how do you get themes? I noticed that you can get them by buying it with these points, however, on the system settings, it looks like there are themes already available. i.e. HALO, PGR3 etc. Question is, how can you use it?

while in being in the options..like media, xbox live...etc. (main menu)...push teh xbox button on the controller and go into the personal settings and from there, look for themes i think( im just doing from what i remember lol, to lazy to look for the controller), but yeah from right there, you can use the themes you dl, also the OXM point are from the xbox demos, i unno whats it for but there some themes you can get from demos too..
