How do you convert a PS2 game from PAL to NTSC?

Ok was wondering how do you convert a PS2 game in PAL format to something that is readable on a PC? I downloaded a game off bittorent and it is apparently the PS2 version in PAL. I am new to a lot of this kind of stuff but I use Daemon tools for mounting ISO's as backups. I am interested in learning how to backup and convert different file types and have done many such conversions/backups in the past with alcohol 120%(unfortunatly my license ran out and dont have it any longer) and daemon tools with nero 6 as my primary burning software. I do not post here often but read here often and have learned much. This however is beyond my scope at the moment and would appreciate any help that can be given. Please PM me to send me any utilities that may help or post links here.

If that doesn't work, there is a PAL2NTSC program at www.ps2nfo.com.

ok that program i have no idea how to use....i opened the executable but it flashed a dialog box and then closed immediately...no documentation to speak of...after i convert it to NTSC can i convert it to a format playable on the pc?
