hi guys sorry if i am repeating a thread but i searched for 30 mins and found nothing to help

the drive is just over a year old now and tonight after i had burnt a disc and ejected it i went to burn another and it wouldn't read the disc.

i have reboot several times, tried all types of discs and this did nothing i then tried another cd rom and this read the first disc i used so i know it is a problem with the drive itself

i have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and nothing i am at my wits end

i have read a few posts on other sites that say clean it but won't it just refuse to read the clean disc

please please help i will listen to any advice
