How do I delete DUMMY.DAT

I heard I need to delete this file to backup RAW vs Smackdown 2006 properly.. but whenever I try to hit "delete" to the file in ISObuster or WinRar, it won't let me.

How do I do this

You need to delete that file and replace it with a text file of the same name when you rebuild... you can't just try and delete it out of the iso file.
Or try gnie's rebuilding tool

no matter what u have to rebuild this game,once u extract the files,theres where u can overwrite your dummy file
open word pad,space once,and save as DUMMY.DAT
