ok i have dvd decrypter and dvd shrink. What else do i need to download and burn?

Shrink isn't gonna do you any good with PS2 games, all you need is the Decrypter for the burning, you'll need another program to rip CD based ISO files, but use the Decrypter to burn them (it wont read CDs just write them but does read/write DVD)

as mentioned you'll need a modchip or swap magic or the like, some media (to match your burner, +R or -R) and a DVD burner. at least 6 gig of free space on your PCs HDD and time, which can be as little as 10 min or can be a few hours depending on your burner and media speeds.
