Well, since you were line up all night to get a Xbox 360. Now you get it paid off because the first Xbox 360 Modchip is coming in a month.

Those guys are stupid noobs. They go jail because they selling their modded xbox. If you mod for yourself, there is no way that cops put you in jail.

They still can if you have copyrighted material on your box (if they find out of course). It kind of makes me wonder why they havn't gone after all the other sites that sell them.? I just thought it was an interesting story.

Buying a modified xbox without a hacked bios is legal. These guys were selling modified xbox's with a hacked bios and copyrighted games on the hdd. They were also displaying the modified xbox's in there store running.(Pretty Stupid!!)
