Hey first sorry I am new at this.

I downloaded a movie which when played has sound but I used an avi to dvd converter and it output 3 files which the audio file has no sound. I used this program before and it worked fine but with this movie it isnt working. I also have ifoedit and some others if I should use them. Please help me out thanks!!
