my cmputer keeps resetting on its own! any help?

i have a sony computer and it keeps resetting on its own and when i restart it it says your computer have just recovered from a serious error! can anyone give me some advice on what to do?

Right click on my computer, click properties.

Click the advanced tab, look for Startup and Recovery near the bottom, click on the settings button in that section.

Uncheck "Automatically Restart" near the bottom, click ok, and ur done.
