go into the menu by pressing left on the analog and turn the speed up to 333, DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!! IT MIGHT DAMAGE THE PSP.

increasing the speed shouldn't do anything as the PSP was originally built to run at 333mhz. The only reason sony underclocked it was to prolong battery life. The only thing that will happen by setting it to 333mhz is your battery will die faster.
