Figured you guys know waaaay more than I do so I am asking for your help. I like this radioshow on the internet from one of my favorite DJ's (http://releaseyourself.com/radioshow) and instead of just being able to listen to the show I want to download/copy it to my harddrive. I can't seem to be able to. Obviously, I can record it with other software or even listen to the 1-2 hour show and record it through my headphone jack to my Neuros mp3 player/recorder. However, I don't want to tie up 1-2 hours of time by letting it play and record, I just want to capture and download the whole file to my harddrive so I can listen to it whenever (offline, in my mp3 player, burn a cd, etc) I downloaded streambox since I thought it had this capability. I tried using it and this is what the log says:

It seems to just make a shortcut to the site's server and never copies the file to my hardrive. Have any solutions?
