DVD plays bits of extras in my APEX before the normal startup clips???

I have been quite successful with backing up some DVD's. I have only been burning movies for like a week now. I typically use DVDdecrypto and ifoedit95 for almost everything. My newest thing I have learned about is removing extra angles with some Disney Movies.....
but here is my question. With some of my latest backups, I notice that when testing the DVD's on my computer they work just perfect (after deleting many extra's, angles, and sometimes even whole VOB's) ... but when I put them in my standalone APEX AD1500, it plays bits and chunks of some extra scenes or even the beginning of the main movie before it loads up normally to the main menu. It reading some streams that it is not supposed to and doesnt do on winDVD or PowerDVD. I am not sure why it is doing this. any ideas?
This question maybe a little vague... please feel free to ask me more specifics. I am just really tired and maybe not being clear ;)

I think i figured it out... :o)
I usually test my movies with a DVD+RW first and i typically just do a quick erase within Nero and then test another movie that I editited. This time, I did a complete erase and it seemed to fix the problem!! What sparked an idea that it was an erasure problem, is that scenes from the previous movie I had on the media played for the first couple seconds of the next movie I recorded. "Why is that happening?... why is it showing a scene from a whole different movie?... part of a movie I had on the disk before....wait.... son of a....i bet..." haha... i guess that was the problem :)
