psp internet not connecting. HEEEELLLLPPPP!

my internet worked until i changed firmware

now i am back where i was.

it connects to my router but when it says

'obtaining ip address' it fails in the time specified.

what can be wrong?

mine does that to and once it got threw then my battery died i was mad and couldnt get it to go threw no more
