Please can anyone advise me, I have a batch of DivX files where the sound is the Windows Audio V2 Codec, therefore these will play on my Philips DVP630, but not with sound. Is there any way i can convert these files to DivX with Lame encoder so that they will play with sound?

Surely that player supports WMA?
mencoder:
mencoder.exe -ovc copy -oac mp3lame input.DivX -o output.avi
