If your PS2 isn't modded w/ a PSX Compatible modchip you are gonna have to get PSX Change 2 or Breaker Pro 1.1 and a Slide Card/Slim Tool/Fliptop
v7 w/ Crystal Chip 1.1, Boot Manager 1.8, and HD Loader v0.7c w/ 80 GB HD
v7 w/ DMS4 Pro and Toxic OS .41 w/ 200 GB HD

Since your PSX is modded, all you need is Alcohol 120%.
From Tokijin's Quick Links:
14. Q. How do I burn PS2 CD-ROM based games?
A. Use Alcohol 120%. Open Alcohol 120%. Insert the disk you wish to create the image from in your CD-ROM drive. Click image making wizard. Set the read speed to 1x, check ignore read errors, fast skip error blocks, set the write Method to DAO/SAO, select your recorder, set the write speed to 4x, and set the datatype to PS2. Click next. Once the image is created, right click it and go to image burning wizard. Set the write speed to 4x, the write method to DAO/SAO, the data type to PS2, and select your recorder, click next.
15. Q. How Do I burn PSX games?
A. Same method except set the datatype to Playstation.

I have the same question as lmac222 if you could just burn the image on Nero. But also I have another question. I have swap magic. Can I burn the PS 1 game and use swap magic to play it?

I'm not sure if Nero can burn a .ccd or the other 2, but I know that CloneCD can. And no, you can't use the Swap Magic CD with your PS1 backups, you need a Breaker Pro to do that. Swap Magic CD is for PS2 CD-ROM based games. Breaker Pro is for PS1 CD-ROM.

I have a question. I think its the exact thing this guy wanted but i want to be sure. I have Metal gear solid the original on my computer. It is a epsxe rom and when i extracted the files i got a ccd. sub. and that other one. o yea it was an img. file yupp yup. I used cloneCD with a CD-R and the burn ccd. file option with the game. I have a playstation 2 (not modded) and would like to play the game on it but it when attemting to play it tells me to insert a PS1 or PS2 compatible disk. How can i get the game to run?

I also have a question: i own a slim ps2 model 70004 PAL System. I`ve downloaded Tekken3 ISO Image. As i know tekken 3 is for play station 1. The image works fine in epsXe but i`ve tried several times to burn it on a cd...my ps2 wont boot it. It keeps saying that there is no data on the disc. I`ve also burned Reality MediaPlayer on the same tipe of CD-R and it works smooth. My PS2 is moded with the Matrix Infinity chip and i have no problem burning dvd based games for PS2. Anyone can help ? P.S. Excuse my english. I`m from Romania.

He said his PS2 is modded with a Matrix Infinity, so he doesn't need a Breaker Pro.
@ VHacker21
You said you have an ISO of Tekken 3 so that shouldn't be the problem. What program are you using to burn the ISO? Try burning with Alcohol 120% or Nero if you don't have those. Oh and your English is great, I can understand you just fine.
