I've SmartRipped DVD's to my HD, now how to burn them on DVD-R's?

hello!
while waiting for my DVD-R drive to arrive, i selectively ripped (using smartripper) some of my DVD's to my hard disk. now that i got the drive, i've tried to find out which tools do use to compile a DVD-R out of the ripped portions.

any ideas?
