Trouble with wallpapers

Okay, so I updated my PsP to 2.6, (says it on the system information for confirmation)

So now, shoudnt i be able to set wallpapers I download? I press triangle on a picture, and no wallpaper option comes up =/

Does anyone know what could be wrong? The image is the right size and i got it off thread titled "psp wallpapers", the psp says it's updated to 2.6, yet i dont get the option to set it as a wallpaper?

I had fw 2.0 untill I downgraded. I cant remeber for sure but I think you have to go under photo settings under the psp settings menu and there will be something to turn of wallpapers/
