Hi, I've just bought my psp. When I put a game in, it says that it cannot read the disk. Please help!

okay i am 99% sure that it's because you haven't got the right firmware.

Tell me what version your psp is (1.5,2.0,2.5 etc.) and tell me the game you are trying to play.

It wont play the demo disk that is supplied with it or the only game that i have which is Pursuit Force. The version is 2.01

Sorry to wreck your day but i think your psp is defective you should return it to sony
P.S I was getting a psp yesterday except now its lost and i need to go to the main post office to get it on the 29th :-(
