1) I have modchip v7 installed. Do I need to rebuilt games that isn't 4.36 GB in order to get it to work?
2) I have problem backing up Vampire Night and Matrix: Path of Neo. I used DVD Decrypter to make ISO then burn at 2X. When I put dvd-r into my PS2, it appear red sceen and said "Insert a valid Playstation format." I tried using Nero to direct copy but I got the same problem. Can anyone please help me.

If you have a modchip, then no you shouldn't have to rebuild any games (unless your modchip doesn't support DVD-9 backups?).. try using better media and burning at 4x on 8x capable dvd-r's.
If you don't know what's good media.. look in my sig and check the best media link out
