HELP with backup PSP games on Mem Stick!!

Hi, I have compressed and backed up my PSP game (ISO). I wanted to know if there was a way to get that game in the memory stick and play it off of there, instead of my UMD disk? Im new to the PSP, I just got mine today. Is there a way to do it? Im in a hurry right now, so I dont have much time to search it, but im sure there are other threads maybe. So can you help me?
