WHAT AM I DOING WRONG????

I can seem to find out what is the problem. I have a PS2 and have the latest version of the magic swap. I am trying to play NES and SNES roms. (not on the same CD, I know that) I burn the files through NEro with no problem, but the I load the CD into the magic swap it accepts it then there a qucik flash of some red image and then nothing happens. Nothing appears no sound no nothing. I am using http://snes-station.gamebase.ca for my emulator and I use a program called CDGEN so the disk will be valid for the PS2. I think I maybe screwing up on where I put everything when I burn it. Do I put all my Roms in a folder and leave the emulator by itself or what? Any input would help thanks.

for snes frist make a folder call roms for yours snes roms and put your snes in the folder. use Nero burning rom and under there click new and on the left side pick cd-rom(udf/iso)then on the right side
ISO
file name length: max of 31 chars(iso level 2)
format: mode 2/A
Character set: iso9660( standard iso cd-rom)
and under Burn burn it to 4x or less
now it time to get the files of snes now drag the follows files
System.cnf
Snes_emu.elf
Install.
roms (the folder you make to place all your roms in)
once you have them all burn it. try to burn it at 4x or ever 8x will work
