i cant figure out how to create a folder on my memory stick pro dou so can som1 plz tell me how so i can download music

When you open my computer click on the removable disk that is your psp and open it then right click goto new and folder

Put the card in your psp.

Go to system settings then "Format memory stick"

The folders will all be there :)
