PSP hard drive question.

I just bought and installed the Datel hardrive and battery on my PSP. It works okay and doesn't change the ergonomics too much. One problem is that it takes up the memory stick slot and I have games, updates, etc. saved on the memory stick. Any ideas on how to transfer the info on my memory stick to the PSP hard drive? I have a card reader and could copy the info to my PC and then to the PSP hard drive if I know what to copy and where to put it. Thanks.

LOL, put your mem stick in your psp, hook it up to the pc, copy the entire psp folder over, all folders in the root if you have to into a foolder on your pc. You don't have to do that if you know where the files go etc, ie saves under this and that, but just copying everything is the easy way. Unhook your psp, remove the mem stick, insert hdd, hook back upto pc, and open the folder you copied everything into, then just copy them back to the psp. Seeing sa you don't know where anything goes i'd recommend this way, let it overwrite as it will only be updating the existing files.

Thanks. That is pretty much what I did. I used my card reader to copy the entire Mem Stick to my PC. When I connected the PSP with the new hard drive to my PC, I noticed that the new PSP hard drive was formated with the same folders so I copied all the files from the Mem Stick into the corresponding folders on the new hard drive. I appears to be working fine now. I think I am going to like this HD. I want to copy some movies and see how that works.
