The 2.0 will only run select few homebrew using fanjita's loader, so no, you'll have to downgrade to 1.5 to play the isos, you need mph's downgrader, and the guide which is at http://www.psp-hacks.com
2.0 will play avc aswell as mp4, but if you're going to being using the psp for homebrew, it will only play mp4's, the 1.5 fw that is. I highly recommend the free pspvid9, others will recommend 3gp, but i find it dosen't fill the sreen up as nicely, and the quality seemed a bit more blurry, not as sharp. Again, usage has been addressed many times, have a look around the forum.
You need a wireless router, there's 2 or 3 rather large threads addressing this question on the main page also...

lol, i'm the one that mentioned psp portal in your other thread, but i had the name wrong lol, i since fixed it. COnstantly answering very similar questions is starting to turn my head inside out lolz.
Um, on internet usage in your car, unless you had some fancy satellite internet access that allowed wireless connections, then not really, and it would be slow too. Good question tho, i suppose you could go cruisn for wifi hot pots lol, but that would require parking out the front of someones house :D
Maybe they've got a way, if anyone knows please enlighten us.
as a side note, i wanted to buy the radica car kit, but i think they've stopped selling them?

lol you're just full of questions aren't you? I haven't had any experience in doing it personally, but it's been addressed here by libenja, http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/270837 there are also rip kits out there on the net. You're able to relink vid files to smaller ones and delete them, that sort of thing to really get the file size down.
I have mc3 iso sitting on my pc that did from my umd, 1.6 gb or so, so i might have a crack at it now and see just how difficult it is. I'm pretty sure the progam libenja speaks of simply deletes padding files, sorry but i just don't know enough about it to help much.
