I updated its on my memory card, BUt idk how t6o update it form there iv tryed everything aand i dont have wireless internet so but i do have a usb but i still cant get online idk what to do help anyone?
It hasa step by stepp guide on how to do it, you are trying to upgrade to 2.6 aren't you? Or are you trying to downgrade? MOre info would help, which version are you updating too? Anyway, that guide will sort you out, holla back with any questoiins.

Sorry dude, gonna have to let someone else take over from here, i've only ever upgraded from teh umd that came with my psp, and only to go from 1.52 to 2.0 so i could downgrade to 1.5 lol. Did you get your firmware from a reputable source?
So you're getting upto the update icon being shown under the memory stick? and it's not working from there? what version are you upgrading to? and you don't want to play homebrew or isos from your mem stick? If you upgrade past 2.0 you won't be able to play homebrew or isos for a good while until they figure out how to make a downgrader.. just letting you know. I personally can't see why peeps would want anything in the firmware above 2.0 anyway..
