How to combine the subtitle and the movie?

the problem im facing here is that, i created a sub already using the Subtitle Workshop, and save the format as .srt,.sub,.txt. So the problem comes, can i combine the sub and the movie becoming a new movie that have the sub in it aready like the one in the anime movie?

secondly, while im doing the sub in the Subtitle Workshop for the movie, an error resurface, it is "Sntext Error Line 5" so what is it?
