How it set IM setting for Yahoo

Can someone help me setup my Nokia 6822 for Yahoo IM. The phone comes with a IM application that ask for Gprs address or text msg. number or Bearer (SMS/GPRS). I'm not sure how to set this up for Yahoo or MSN IM application.
If anyone knows how thank for the help.

PS. if not does someone know how to update the phones software?
