The reason nobody has answered this question is cause he's asked the same thing a few times, i know one of them have been answered.

Mate dont double thread and to do it you need:
a usb cable
psp with v1.50
UMD emulator v0.8
A iso game

if you have all them then what you do is:
1. install UMD emulator v0.8 to your psp
2. transfer the game into the ISO's folder
3. Have fun playing the game
