just got a psp and i know its a 1.3 and i have an iso image of a game but i dont know how to get it on the psp.. please help

Install either umd emulator or dev hook or fastloader, then simply transfer your iso to the ISO folder on the root of your mem stick. That simple. Run your loader of choice, and chose your game from the list.
