Hi can someone help with an unlock code for my brand new

Nokia 6230i
IMEI 357969003109472
Locked to Vodafone UK

I do not have the Vodafone sim but my own Virgin sim from here in Oz.
Do I leave the sim IN or OUT when I key in the code?

Not that it matters but I live in Australia.
