OK.. I have searched for this, but couldn't really find anything so I am going to ask. I was wondering if there was any games out there that will auto update my PSP to a newer version. I have 1.5 right now and I dont want to go to 2.XX. I was asking because I was going to download a image from my friends Need for speed game and wasnt sure if it would auto update mine.

No game will auto update. If you are playing an iso image of the game you will be OK. But if you try to play the UMD on your PSP it will ASK you to update to be able to play the game. You could try a program called NOUPDATE which lets you launch games that require an update without actually updating your PSP.
