Hi, Am new to PSP's. Have converted to PSP V1.5 fine. When i loaded UMD Emulator, I had problems. I have an angry face icon for emulator on the memory stick, everyone keeps referring to it as smiley face...have I got something wrong?
Main problem is everytime I try and copy across ISP files onto memeory stcik I get this error message:Cyclic Redundancy check

What can I do??
I thought the difficult part was getting to V1.5.....???!!

what loader are you using??

sounds different to every loader ive seen (angry smiley face???)

u read the readme and done what it tells you to do??

i recommend umd_emulator 0.8c but fastloader 0.5 does the job aswel

Don't worry...youve got the right face.

Because you said "Cyclic redundancy check" i think it may be something to do with your card.

I have tried to burn cd's before and i get this error message and it tells me to make sure my cd has no fingerprints, marks or scratches.

I suggest you try to clean your card carefully and if that doesn't work put it in the psp and reformat it.
