Hi all,

I demux a movie and try importing the .m2v to Scenarist. It says the bitrate is too high (a little bit more than 9.8M/s) and won't accept it. How could it be? The .m2v comes from a legal DVD. Any ideas?

Thanks.

This is quite strange.. not the error in Scenarist but the fact that a m2v of a legal DVD has more than 9,8 M/s. Because 9,8 M ist the standard limit for DVD. Normal video bitrates are up to 8,3 Mbit at least with PCM stereo sound, because the audio stream takes 1,5 Mbit/s (nearly).

What DVD did you take that high bitrate m2v from??
