SCPH-75001 Magic Switch Pro v2 ??

I am a complete newb to console modding and I'm trying to install Swap Magic. I've read numerous forums and I can't figure out which Magic Switch I need to buy. I have the 149$ SCPH-75001 from Walmart.

Do I need the Magic Switch kit that comes with 4 things or 3?
Also, if a website says, "Compatible with SCPH-7000X" does my model fall under that category?
