When is it ever not a burning problem?

When I first got Nero, burning went fine. Then I installed a new CD-Rom. After that, Nero wouldn't recognise the new drive. A few months later, I try again. It recognises it now. But that's not the problem. The problem is, it burns, but it doesn't burn ONTO the CD. The burning window opens fine, it counts up to 100%, but the buffer level doesn't increase from 0. And every time I attempt to burn, it asks me to save the "Image." It never did that when I first got the program.

It annoys me that it seems to burn fine, but the CD comes out just as empty as it went in.

I've checked all other factors. Such as burning speed. The files should fit fine. And there are no appropriate topics in the Help section.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please help. Thanks.
