ok i have searched this fourm and others trying to get some help. my torrent and other p2p programs are all going very slow. i dont have a router so i dont think i have to config any ports and dont have a fire wall. i have reinstalled windows xp tried different torrent client nothing works. my isp say everything is fine and when i download form the net i get all right speeds also i have 5mbps modem
i need help bad please
