Can I transfer files from UMD to .mp4 format?

Or any other format?
Is this even possible with PC?

i dont think so unless u can get a program that rips the video onto the memory card

i would try find it on the net then convert to mp4 (if it isnt already) by using pspvideo9 (a really good tool to convert your movie formats and size)
