I have a slim PS2. Is there a way to play a burned PS1 game on my PS2 without getting a modchip or buying anything extra?

damn, i want to know the same thing. except i have version 5 i believe
i have a flippy, swap magic 3.6 cd & dvd but that doesnt matter

it looks like it works for v.9, why not v.5?
maybe its cus the backup didnt have enought TOC whatever that is

yes there actually is a way that i figured out.i'm makeing a guide so when i finish it i,ll send one to u just put your email on the thread.Don,t get it confused with the big ps2 because some else figured that out.

i think you have to switch the original ps1 game with the backup when the PLAYSTATION logo appears.

i need to know how too....So this works only on the new slim ps2 system not to older ps2 version right??? email removed also what the difference in burning to a cdr disk compared to a dvdr disk....just if u have a cdrw drive or a dvd drive huh
